Here, in the above puzzle, White can play Rc8 forcing black rook to capture on C8 and then white can play ba7 having 2 pawns in the 7th row leading to a win

Rc8 Rc8 ba7 Kb7 Dc8=Q Kc8 A8=Q wins for white
