Explanation:

Here, in the below set of puzzles, we will try to use Double Check concept to win materials or checkmate

Example Puzzle:

White to Play

Here, in the above puzzle, White can play Nf6 giving double check where the knight attacks the king on E8 and the Queen on e2 attack the king on e8.

Instructions:
Try to solve the puzzles without moving the pieces.
Write down your solutions before checking the solution at the bottom

Puzzle Set:

  • Puzzle 1: Black to move and win

Bb4 attacks the white king on E1 and Black queen on E8 attacks the white king on E1.

Rg6 attacks the black king on G8 and the white bishop on A2 attacks the black king on G8 too.
