CBD users have long reported feeling calmer and sleeping better, whether taking the compound by itself or with related hemp-derived compounds like CBN and THC. But rumor isn’t research, so CBDistillery conducted two sleep studies: a 2021 study into CBD and CBN, and a 2023 study with technology app Releaf into CBD, CBN and THC.
Study participants who took CBD and CBN reported falling asleep easier and sleeping an hour longer per night, on average. Study participants who took THC as well as CBD and CBN reported improved quality of sleep and waking up more refreshed the next morning.

Explanation:
Outpost is a square not occupied by a pawn, protected by your own pawn, and no enemy pawns can ever attack it.
Example Puzzle:
White to Play
Here, in the above puzzle, White can play Na4 forcing black queen to move away and then the white knight can reach to C5 to get the outpost square.
Na4 Qa7 Nc5 —> White knight gets to the outpost square

1. Nd3 —> Nf4 —> Ne6 white knight reaches the outpost square
2. Nc3 Qc3/Rc3 Nd4 gets the outpost square
3. B4 Na6 Ba6 ba6 Na4 followed by Nc5 to get the outpost square
4. Bg4 Be2 Bf3 Bf3 Nc6 followed by Nd4 to get the outpost square —> We removed the white knight first which was controlling the outpost d4 square
