1️⃣ Pawn Structure 1
Explanation:
Here, in the below set of puzzles, you will be either destroying your opponent’s pawn structure or you will be trying to improve your pawn structure.
Remember to either create a doubled pawn structure for your opponent or Isolated pawns structure. Also, try to have central pawn structure for you.
Example Puzzle:

White to Play
Here, in the above puzzle, White can play Nf6 capturing the black knight which leaves black to capture the knight back with the g7 pawn which would leave the enemy with doubled pawn structure on F6 and F7. Remember, black cant capture the knight on f6 with the bishop as the bishop is pinned by the white rook on e1.
Nf6 Gf6 White is better here as white is having superior pawn structure.
2️⃣ Practice Puzzles
Instructions:
Try to solve the puzzles without moving the pieces.
Write down your solutions before checking the solution at the bottom

3️⃣ Solutions
1. bc3 as you can follow it up with d4 having good central pawn structure.
2. Bb5 Ke7 Bc6 bc6 creates a doubled pawn structure for Black
3. A6 creates a weakness for black as B7 pawn is under pressure now.
4. Nd2 Qd2 Bf3 Gf3 bad doubled pawn structure for white or Nd2 Hg4 Nf1 better for black
